The answer is both simple and complex. Spiritual Direction is valuing God’s love for us. Resting in silence with God as one of His beloved children. As we connect with our own silence, as we let the silence move us we are able to sit with another. To listen, to be in God’s loving embrace. A spiritual director is there to remind…t point the way through times of contemplation and silence.
